WHEREAS, the City Architect has requested the City
Council to hold a public hearing to consider any complaints
about the expense incurred by the City of Saint Paul in
removing a dangerous structure at 712 Rondo Avenue, more
particularly described as, Except Rondo Street, Lot 8,
Block 3, Wm. Bickel's Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owners
of the property are Maceo G. and Olivette Moody, 718 West
Central Avenue, St. Paul 4, Minnesota, and Otis Godfrey, Sr.,
Minnesota Building, Saint Paul 1, Minnesota; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint
Paul hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at 10 o'clock
a. m. on the 27th dap of March, 1962, to consider any complaints
about the expense incurred by the City of Saint Paul and to con-
firm the amount thereof; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Architect notify by
mail the record owners of the property in question at the last
known addresses.

$1,147.11 in connection with wrecking and removal of the two -story frame

A statement of expense has been filed with the City Clerk on
this date for the purpose of creating a lien on the property
known as 712 Rondo Avenue, described as Except Rondo Street,
Lot 83 Block 3, Wm. Bickel's Subdivision.
This property is owned by Maceo G. and Olivette Moody, 718 West
Central Avenue, St. Raul 4, Minnesota and Otis Godfrey Sr.,
Minnesota Building, St. Paul 1, Minnesota.
In this matter, the following resolutions were adopted by the
City Council:
C. F. 202478, adopted by the Council June 6, 1961 (published
June 10, 1961),-set a public hearing at 10 A. M. June 29, 1961.
C. F. 202883 adopted by the Council July 5, 1961 (published
July 8, 1961j,.ordered the wrecking ay and at the separate cost
and expense of the owner, occupant,, or other person in control'
thereof.
C. F. 203341, adopted by the Council August 3, 1961

ing to Patsy Wrecking Co. for the sum of $1,095.00 in accordance
with specifications and Informal Bid No. 3233.
C. F. 205868, ado ted by the Council February 8, 1962 (published
February 10, 19625, provided that the wrecking expense of $1,095.00
and expense of the Department of Parks And Recreation And Public
Buildings in connection with the condemnation in the amount of

$52.11, making a total of $1,147.11, be paid out of Wreck-
ing Condemned Buildings, 31 G 22, and, in the event said sum
proves collectible from the owner, same is to be credited to
31 G 22.
The structure has now been satisfactorily wrecked and a regis-
tered bill mailed to the owners.
We are requesting that you hold a public
