Section 5 has reported to the Council its findings and recommenda-
tions in a letter dated February 23, 1962, and
The Council has made a study of said report and recommenda-
tions, therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
employee listed below shall be entitled to and receive mileage
allowance provided for in Ordinance No. 11542, subject to the
maximum and effective date set out:

Dear Council Members:
The members of the Car Mileage Committee were contacted Fri-
day morning, February 23, 1962, and the following matter was
brought to their attention:
CITY PURCHASING DEPARTMENT
A letter dated February 13, signed by Mayor George Vavoulis,
requested that Donald H. Linder, Deputy Purchasing Agent, be
put on Class C Mileage-with a maximum of $75.00 per month,
effective February 1, 1962. The committee recommends favor-
able action by the Council.
