Also construct storm water outlets from Larry Ho Drive to the
Creek in the following locations: at Ruth St.; at Winthrop St.; at a point
approximately 550 feet east of Winthrop St.; and at Michael St.; all of
which is to be known as the BATTLE CREEK HEIGHTS ADDITION SEWER SYSTEM under
Preliminary Order 197685, approved June 219 1960, and Final Order No. 202747,

RESOLVED, That the plans and specifications as submitted for the above
improvements be and the same are hereby approved and the Commissioner of
Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the fine grading, the sur-
facing-and construct the pre - mixed.bituminous gutters on Powers Ave. from
Michael St,. to Winthrop and on Mitchell Ave. from Michael-St: to Winthrop
St. at a cost of $14,640.45, and also to construct the pre -mixed bituminous
gutters, do the bituminous surfacing and fine grading on Michael 1St. from
Upper Afton Road to Larry Ho Drive and on Larry Ho Drive from Michael to
McKnight Road at a cost of $11,138.75; also to build the pre -mixed bitum-
inous flutters, surface the roadway with bituminous surfacing and do the fine
grading on Ruth St. from Upper Afton Road to Larry Ho Drive and on Larry Ho
Drive from Ruth St. to Michael St. at a cost of $23,789.90; and the Purchas-
ing Agent proceed to secure the necessary materials, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to obtain bids for the improvement, the bids to show separately the amount
for the grading work, except the work to be done by City forces, on Ruth St.
from Upper Afton Road to Larry Ho.Drive and on Larry Ho Drive from Ruth St. to
Michael St.ppthe bids further to show separately the amount for the grading
work, except,the work to be done by City forces, on Michael St. from Upper
Afton Road:to Larry Ho'Drive and on Larry Ho Drive from Michael St. to
McKnight Road, the bids to further show separately the amount for the grading
work, except the work to be done by City forces, on Powers Ave. from Michael
St. to Winthrop St. and on Mitchell Ave. from Michael to Winthrop,,and to
