WHEREAS, it is, necessary to schedule examinations for the
positions of "Junior City Planner", "Assistant City Planner", and

WHEREAS, it is highly unlikely that a sufficient list can be
established from among residents of the City of St. Paul: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the residence requirements for admission to
examinations as provided in Section 10 D of the Civil Service Rules are
hereby waived for the first examinations. for"s.Junior City Planners,
"Assistant City Planners ", and 'Assistant Director of Civil Defensett
to be held following passage of this resolution; date of the examinations
to be set at the discretion of the Chief Civil Service Examiner.
