RESOLVED, That out of the Workmen's Compensation
Account of.the General Fund, weekly compensation of $45.00
be paid Jack Martens while he is totally disabled by reason
of injuries he sustained on March 21, 1962, while in the employ
of the Department of barks and Recreation and Public Buildings,
and that $175.50 in final settlement, to and including April
18, 1962, is now payable.
