WHEREAS, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 11542, approv-
ed August 14, 1959, the Car Allowance Committee provided for in
Section 5, has reported to the Council its findings and recommenda-
tions in a letter dated April 24, 1962, and
WHEREAS, the Council has made a study of said report and
recommendations; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that th6
employee listed below shall be entitled to and receive mileage
allowance provided for in Ordinance No. 11542 subject to the
maximum set out and 'effective as noted:

Dear Council Members:
The members of the Car Mileage Committee were contacted by
phone on Monday, April 23, 1962, and the following matter
was considered:
DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS
A letter dated April 23, signed by Commissioner Frank L.
Loss, requested that Lawrence J. Unger, Craft Instructor
for the Wilder Day Camp of the Recreation Division be plac-
ed on Plan C auto mileage allowance with a maximum of $75.00
per month, for the months of June, July, and August, 1962.
Motion was made by Mr. Hagney, seconded by Mr. Gran, that
this request be granted by the Council. Carried.
