Donahue .against the City of Saint Paul. � TAF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: j Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Mary R. Donahue, the sum of $130.80 in full settlement of her claim against the City ' for damage to her automobile on March 5, 1962, on Mackubin Street near its intersection with Maryland Avenue in Saint Paul, when it was struck by a City vehicle driven by William Zitzer. . . Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained in the manner aforesaid. 1 Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect rand be in force thirty days ,after its passage., approval., and publication.
