An ordinance settling the claim of
Mary R. Donahue .against the City of Saint Paul.
� TAF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to pay, out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund, to Mary R. Donahue,
the sum of $130.80 in full settlement of her claim against the City '
for damage to her automobile on March 5, 1962, on Mackubin Street near
its intersection with Maryland Avenue in Saint Paul, when it was struck
by a City vehicle driven by William Zitzer. . .
Section 2. Said sum shall be paid to said claimant upon execution
and delivery of a release in full to the City, in a form to be approved by
the Corporation Counsel, for all damages sustained in the manner aforesaid.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect rand be in force thirty
days ,after its passage., approval., and publication.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
