-1117 RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of
/Saint Paul, for itself and on behalf of the citizenry of
said City, does hereby take cognizance of the cooperative
effort and spirit of certain of the citizens of this com-
munity and representatives of Labor and of Industry as
well as members of municipal government in their joint
efforts on behalf of this City in attempting to obtain for
this community the location of the proposed Internal Revenue
.Service Center; and
RESOLVED, FURTHER, That this Council, on behalf
of the people of the City of Saint Paul, does hereby'record
its,appreciation and that of the people of said City, of
the splendid and sincere efforts expended by the following
