RESOLVED, That the Conncil hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract-for furnishing all labor, materials,,equipment
and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the painting at the Hamline,
Merriam Park and Riverview Branch Libraries to SCHUMANN BROTHERS in accordance with
City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8693 of said
Schumann.•Brathett -for the contract price of $1,875.00, such bid being the lowest and
said Schumann Brothers being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute'said contract on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul.
