RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering Dairy Products
to the City and County Detention and Corrections Authority (Woodview Detention Home,
Boys* Totem Town, and Workhouse) for period expiring April 23, 1963, to ST. PAUL
MILK COMPANY, INC. for the contract price of approximately $10,981.00 in accordance
with City specifications and the Formal Bid #8739 of said St. Paul Milk Company, Inc.,
such bid being the lowest and said company being a reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
