`Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
grading and surfacing with bituminous material the alley in Block 7, Clarkets Addition,
from View Street to Victoria Street. Also construct a sewer in an easement tambw
on, under and across the westerly 4 ft. of the easterly 8 ft. of Lot 24, Block
7, Clarkets Addition, from the alley to Tuscarora Avenue
under Preliminary Order 195086 , approved December 189 1959
Intermediary Order 195559 approved_ _ January 26, 1960
Final Order • 196048 approved March 1, 1960
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be hnd the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the qtr
day of Ma,E; 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
