RESOLVED, that the proper City officers be and hereby
are authorized to accept the amount of S -25.00 in compromise
settlement of the City's claim of $546.86 under Registered Bill
No. 1 -9026 issued to Thomas C. Zarembinski, for damage to City
property by truck and crane driven by said Zarembinski and owned
by Sandberg Construction Company, and the cancellation of the
balance on said bill is hereby authorized.
