OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK
COUNCIL RESOLUTION— GENERAL FORM
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that the proposed "Temporary Permit to Construct" for execution and
delivery by the City of Saint Paul, as grantor, to the State of
Minnesota, as grantee, affecting the portion of the City of Saint
Paul Civic Athletic Stadium area therein described and proposed to
be acquired by the State of Minnesota in connection with the latter's
improvement of Trunk Highway No. 51 =125, hereby is approved and
authorized, and the proper City officers are hereby authorized and
directed to' execute and deliver the same in the name and behalf of
the City of Saint Paul subject to the following provisions and
reservations:
That said City has received no compensation on account
of said grant or other acquisition by the State of Minnesota in rela-
tion to the subject aforesaid portion of said Civic Athletic Stadium
Area and does hereby expressly reserve its right to compensation, to
be determined and paid or awarded by said State to said City on such
account.
