sable costs of `Sidewalk Construc ion under the 1960 Sidewalk
Contract L -6188, Districy No. 2, Levy No. 3, said Permanent
Improvement Revolving Fund to be reimbursed from the Local
Improvement Fund (31E -1) (1962) .
