The Architect shall furnish the documents and provide the services herein required in such sequence and -at such times as may be necessary to insure the prompt and continuous prosecution of the work of designing and constructing the Project. Without limiting this requirement, the-Architect agrees to prepare and deliver to the Owner the definitive program drawings, the preliminary drawings and specifications-and the working drawings and specifications, all within a period of approximately two (2) years from the date hereof, provided that such times shall be prolonged to the extent of any delay caused by the Owner or other agencies referred to,. herein, or resulting from Acts of God." so that the mme shall read: 1115.
