INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of opening, widening and extending W. 7th St. Frontag6 Road, west
of S. Wheeler Ave. and north of Graham Ave. by condemning and taking the following
described property:
Lot 1, Block 10, Homecroft an Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that
part of said Lot 1 lying northerly of the south 108 ft., of the east 80 ft. and
except that part-taken for Highway purposes and Lot 2, Block 10, Homecroft an
Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that part taken for Highway purposes
under Preliminary Order 204748 • approved November 14, 1961
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to open, widen and
extend W. 7th St. Frontage Road, west of S. Wheeler Ave. and north of Graham Ave. by
condemning and taking the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 10, Homecroft an Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that
part of said Lot 1 lying northerly of the -south 108 ft., of the east 80 ft. and
except that part taken for Highway purposes and Lot 2, Block 10, Homecroft an
Addition to the City of St. Paul, except that part taken for Highway purposes
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $,1-0 000.00
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 15th day of
May; 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
