In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Sargent Ave. from

A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Sargent
Ave. from Finn St. to Cleveland Ave. and on the north side of Sargent Ave. from Cretin
Ave. to Finn St. and on the south side of Sargent Ave. abutting Lot 3.,

To the Commissioner of Finance of the 'City of Saint Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council.9 known as Council File No. 205750
approved Jan. 30th. 19 62 relative to reconstructing the sidewalk
on both sides of Sargent Ave, from Finn St, to Cleveland Ave, and on the
north side of Sargent Ave, from Cretin Ave, to Finn St, and on the south
side of Sargent Ave, abutting Lot 3, Blk 2 of Plondke's Re known as
2132 Sargent Ave.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein.' hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $ 0.52 per sq. ft. for mono, conc. walk
4" thick. Extra work(excay., fill, conc, rem'd, root cutting, drive
crossings,etc.)at extra cost.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made
a part hereof.
