'2(,678f OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK FILE CO NCIL RE SO TI N 'GENERA FORM P i)M7 DATE RESOLVED,` Vy the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that notice is taken of the apparent conflict of opinion between the Federal Judges chambered in Minnesota and the General Services Administration pertinent to the site to be selected for the construction of the proposed new Federal Courts Building in the City of Saint Paul; that the persistence of such conflict of opinion is deemed inimical to the public interest and the same should be finally resolved, and such site location finally determined without further unnecessary delay; and that the Congressional Representatives of Minnesota in the House of Representatives and in the Senate of the Federal Government be and hereby are urged to exert every permissible effort for the speedy reconciliation of such conflict of opinion and the final selection of such site; RESOLVED FURTHER, That the City Clerk shall forthwith cause a certified copy of this resolution to be delivered to such Congressional Representatives.
