In the matter of condemning and taking a temporary easement for the oonk,Rr n

control purposes, required on the following parts of Lots 8 thru 10 in "Rosen' 4
Addition ", St. Pau_ 1, Minnesota, described as followas
+ Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 8 at a 'distance
of 35 ft. Southeasterly_ from- the- Southeasterly line of Water Street; thence South-
,westerly to a point on the ;Northeasterly line of said-Lot-10 at a distance of 45
ft. from the Southeasterly line of Water Street; thence Northwesterly on the North- i
easterly line of said 'Lot 10 a distance =of ,40 ft -; thence Southwesterly to the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 10 at a distance of 10 ft. Southeasterly from the
Southeasterly line of Water Street; thence Southeasterly on the Southwesterly

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as -to the - amount' of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for• the above improvement
and to whom payable;. and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be, and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the_________ Qom ---------------- day
