RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equip-
ment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the Gorilla Cage
Reinforcement located at Como Park Zoo, Saint Paul; Minnesota to MINNESOTA FENCE
& IRON WORKS, INC. in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Informal Bid #3718 of said Minnesota Fence & Iron Works, Inc.
for the contract price of $1,960.00, such bid being the lowest and said Minnesota
Fence & Iron Works, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials her
said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
