The Payroll Clerks jointly requested a study of their positions to determine appropriate classification and compensarion. The Office of
Human Resources detemrined that one of the incumbenu is perfomung at a higher-level classificarion and, therefore, should be
placed in a new classificarion riUed Payroll System Technician I.
Advantages If Approved:
Appropriate compensation will be assigned to the new classification in accordance with the City's job evaluarion system.
