Also condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing and
maintainin a public sewer on, under and across a strip of land 20 feet wide,e
in Lot 12, Block 6, Rogers and Hendricks Acre Lots No. 2, the center line of
said strip being 50 feot northerly and parallel to the south line of said Lot
12,-from the east line of Birmingham Street to the west,line of Winchell Street,
to be opened.. Also taking and condemning a temporary easement for -construction
purpopes'on a strip of ]and 10 feet in width on the south aide of the above
easement and a strip of land 10 feet wide on the north side of said easement
all in Lot.12; Block 6, Rogers'and Hendricks Acre Lots No. 2.
Resolved further, that the said assessment of benefits, be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.

In the matter.of opening, widening and extending Winchell St. to a width of
60,feet from the north line of Lot 3, Block 6,,Rogersland Hendricks Acre Lots
No. 2 to the south lines of Lots 9 and 12, Block b, Rogers and Hendricks Acre
Lots No. 2 by taking and condemning the west 30 feet of Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 71 8
and 9, all in Block 61 Rogers and Hendricks Acre Lots No. 2, the-east 30 feet
of Lots 12, 13, 11+, 15 and 17, all in Block 6, Rogers and Hendricks Acre Lots
No« 2, the east 30 feet of Lot 6 in Bsyards Sub. of Lot 16, Block 61 Rogers
and Henn# dks'Acre ,Lots No. 2,• the east 30 feet of Ames Avenue as vacated under
Council File-No. 1753, approved September 23, 1911+, that part of Lot 12, Block

Also condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under and across a strip of land 20 feet wide,,

said strip being 50 feet northerly and parallel to the south line of said Lot
12, from the east line of Birmingham Street to the west line of WinchelI Street,
to be opened.. Also taking and condemning a temporary easement for construction
purpopes'on a strip of land 10 feet in width on the south side of the above
easement and a strip of lend 10 feet wide on the north side of said easement
all in Lot 12; Block 6, Rogers and Hendricks Acre Lots No. 2.
That he has fixed and determined the value of the land, lands or easements therein taken and appro-
priated for the above improvement and the amounts of the awards of damages therefor to the owners
thereof, and the persons to whom such awards are payable; that he has also fixed and determined the
amount of benefits to property, from the making of said improvement, not exceeding the cost there-
of, and that hereto attached is an assessment roll entitled as above and identified with the signature of
the undersigned, containing the undersigned's finding on said matters.
