so that the same shall constitute a 128 -unit motel, and for.an additional
permit -authorizing the establishment, maintenance, and operation thereon of an
off - street vehicle parking facility incorporating provisions for 137
separate vehicular parking spaces, all in accordance with the approved
plan therefor, herewith filed, hereby is in all things granted, subject
to said applicant's compliance with all governing ordinances, State
