Following a re-study of addirional informauon submitted by the Payroil System Supervisors, the Office of Human Resources determined that the incumbents are performing at a higher-level classification and, therefore, an upgrade in AFSCME Clerical and ritle change is appropriate. Advantages If Approved: Appropriate compensation will be assigned to the classification in accordance with the City's job evaluation system. Disadvantages If Approved: None. Disadvantages 1f Not Approved: Appropriate compeosation will not be assigned to the classification.
