RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for sanitary sewer extensions; in
13isanz Industrial Park, and Emerson Estates Addition, including
the construction of a Lift Station, all of which is known as
"PROJECT NO. 2, 1962," for the Village of West St. Paul,
authorized by and subject to the provisions, terms and conditions
of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 8829, approved October
23, 1946, for the connection of the public sewer system of the
Village of West St. Paul with that of City of Saint Paul, pre-
pared by City Engineer of said Village and approved by the
Village Council of West St. Paul on July 2, 1962, and heretofore
submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works
and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
