RESOLVED, that the time for the construction and
completion of multiple apartment buildings on-the subject
premises under special permit granted by this Council's
prior Resolution, C. F. No 197350,,.-approved May 31, 1960,
upon the Appeal of Sun –Rays Apartments, Inc., hereby is
extended until and including May 29, 1963, pursuant to
Ordinance No. 11975, approved May 26, 1961, and the Zoning
Code as thereby amended.
