INTERMEDIARY ORDER
In the Matter of condemning and taking a timporary construction easement in the property
of the south 50 feet of Lot 6, Block 12, W nslow's Addition, for the purpose of removing
the existing areaway, permission for the e istence of which has been revoked, which area-
way is presently located under the north p rtion of St. Clair Avenue abutting the above
described property and the removal of whit areaway will necessitate use of the South 50
ft. of Lot 6, Block 12, Winslow's Addition for construction purposes, including also the
right of entry into the existing building located upon the above described tract and
parcel of land in order to permit the performance of the necessary work involved in the
removal of the areaway as aforesaid, said -emporary construction easement to remain in
effect until thirty days after the completion of the Urori£ as determined by the City
Engineer of the City of Saint Paul. ,
under Preliminary Order 207952 I approved July 3, 1962
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered, said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is to condemn and take a
temporary construction easement in the property of the South 50 feet of Lot 6, Block 12,
Winslow's Addition, for the purpose of removing the existing areaway, permission for the
existence of which has been revoked, which areaway is presently located under the north
portion of St. Clair Avenue abutting the a ove described property and the removal of which -
areaway will necessitate use of the South PO feet of Lot 6, Block 12, Winslow's Addition,
for construction purposes, including also !the right of entry into the existing building
located upon the above described tract ands parcel of land in order to permit the
performance of the necessary work involved�t in the removal of the areaway as aforesaid,
said temporaty construction easement to remain in effect until thirty days after the
completion of the work as determined by tine City Engineer of the City of Saint Paul.
