right of removal of lateral support from subject land or re-
mainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or con-
struction of slopes in the grading and surfacing with bit-
uminous mate ial Griggs St. from Hewitt Ave. to Pierce Butler
Route, under Preliminary Order 207119, approved May 8, 1962.
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter;be and the
same are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all pro-
ceedings in such matter discontinued.
