jNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM

COUNCIL NO. 208152
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, pursuant
to Council File No. 207945, executed an agreement providing
for construction by the City of an alley in a block bounded
by Rice and Marion Streets and by University and Aurora Avenues,
in accordance with the terms of said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City, pursuant to the above agreement,
has agreed to perform the aforementioned work with its own
forces under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Works
and to be reimbursed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of the City of Saint Paul pursuant to the terms of the above
agreement, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of theCity of Saint Paul, that
the plans and specifications as drafted by the Public Works
Department are hereby approved, and the Commissioner of Public
Works is hereby authorized and directed to accomplish the
construction of said alley in accordance with the terms of_
the above agreement with the work forces of the City of Saint
Paul.

pursuant to Council File No. 207945,
