In the matter of condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under and across the west 4 ft. of the east 20 ft. of
Lot 8, Block 5, Oakville Park, from the alley to Hyacinth Ave., also condemning and
taking temporary easements for construction purposes on, over and across the east 8
ft. of the west 20 ft. of Lot 8 and the west 8 ft. of the east 16 ft. of Lot 8, Block
5, Oakville Park, from the alley to Hyacinth Ave. except those portions thereof oc-
cupied by buildings
under Preliminary Order 206391 approved March 9, 1962
Intermediary Order 207737 I approved June 19, 1962
A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having ,
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
Condemning and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing and maintain-
ing a public sewer on, under and across the west,4 ft. of the east 20 ft. of Lot 8,
Block 5, Oakville Park, from the alley to Hyacinth Ave., also condemning and taking
temporary easements for construction purposes on, over and across the east 8 ft. of
the west 20 ft. of Lot 8 and the westi8 ft. of the east 16 ft. of Lot_ 8, Block 5,
Oakville Park, from the alley to Hyacinth Ave. except those portions thereof occupied
by buildings
and the Council hereby orderss-a-i—djmproyements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
For the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under and a-
cross the west 4 ft. of the east 20 ft. of Lot 8, Block 5, Oakville Park, from the
alley to Hyacinth Ave., also condemning and taking temporary easements for construc-
tion purposes on, over and across the east 8 ft. of the west 20 ft. of Lot 8 and the
west 8 ft. of the east 16 ft. of Lot�8, Block 5, Oakville Park, from the alley to
Hyacinth Ave. except those portions thereof occupied by buildings
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for' said improvement, and the proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed o proceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith.
