RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials, equipment and services necessary for or reasonably incidental
to the installation of gas -fired hot water heaters at the Municipal
Garage, 891 North Dale Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota to HARRIS PLUMBING
AND HEATING COMPANY in accordance with City plan and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #8864 of said Harris Plumbing
and Heating Company for the contract price of $2,745.00, such bid being
the lowest and said Harris Plumbing and Heating Company being a reasonable

and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper

City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf

of the City of Saint Paul.
