RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract
Committee therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor,
materials and services necessiary for and reasonably incidental to the
wrecking of dwellings and removal of walks, steps, fences, retaining walls,
septic tanks, miscellaneous concrete and debris and filling of cesspools
located at 800 Butternut Avenue, 804 Butternut Avenue and 808 Butternut
Avenue, Saint Paul, Minnesota Ito MINNESOTA LIFER & WRECKING CORPORATION
in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the
Formal Bid #8857 of said Minnesota Lumber & Wrecking Corporation, City to
pay Contractor $940.00, such bid being the lowest and said Minnesota Lumber
& Wrecking Corporation being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel-be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby-are'authorized to
execute said contract on
