Hurley, employe Dept. of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, through his guardian Madeline A. Hurley, is receiving'payments under the Workmen's Compensation Law of $32.00 per week under a permanent total disability resulting from an injury at work on April 13, 1953; and it appearing that an emergency exists which would be alleviated by an advance of four weeks' compensation payment, said advance to be carried through to January of 1963, when such advance payment may be eliminated by withholding four weeks' compensation payment, now, theref ore, be it rh RESOLVED, That pursuant to the request made through employe's attorney, an advance payment amounting to four weeks' compensation, at the rate of $32.00 per week, be made to the guardian of said employe, Madeline A. Hurley, and that payments shall continue on said advanced schedule, from and after July 12, 19620 ttp to and including the payment to be due on December 269 1962, and that the payment for the following four-week period, due on the 25th day of January, 1963, shall be eliminated so as to correct the payment schedule; that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to make such payments as of aossaid.
