Whereas, The City of St. Paul has expanded under Ordinance No. 11709,
approved April 12, 1960, original Ordinance No. 10725, approved January
20, 1956, concerning the sewer system of the Village of Roseville; to
include certain specified areas of the Village of Shoreview as being
permitted to be connected to the public sewer system of the Village of
Roseville, which connects to that of the City of St. Paul, and
Whereas, The plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
No. 1, Project No. 3, prepared by the consulting engineers for the Village
of Shoreview were approved by the Village Council of the Village of
Shoreview on April 69 1961, and were approved by the Village Council of
the Village of Roseville on October 27, 1961, and by the City of St. Paul
on November 9, 19619 and
Whereas,, Certain change orders have been made to the project plans and
specifications and have beenlapproved by the Village of Roseville on
July 2, 1962, and a
Whereas, The plans and specifications for the change orders to Village
of Shoreview, Improvement No 1, Project No. 3, have been heretofore sub-
mitted to and approved by the Chief Engineer as being in all things
satisfactory, be it further
Resolved, That the change orders to the plans and specifications,
Sheets No. 35 through 40 inclusive for the Village of Shoreview, Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. 1, Project No. 3, be approved. �� b
