RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the pl''tls and'
specifications for the construction of a sewer commencing at a manhole in
the easterly end of the existing Battle Creek Trunk Sanitary Sewer, in
Maplewood in an easement in Browen Park lots 11 and 12, and thence pro-
ceeding North 710461 East for 1351, then easterly at an angle of 16013,30”
to the Right for a distance of 2351, then Northeasterly at a deflection
angle to the left of 210281 for a distance of 140 feet, then Southeasterly
at a deflection angle of 55013,30" to the right for a distance of 120
feet, then Southeasterly at a deflection angle of 250491 to the left for
a distance of 165 feet, then Southeasterly at a deflection angle of
10015230" to the right fora distance of 80 feet, then Easterly at a
deflection angle of 10022' to the left for a distance of 275 feet, then
Southeasterly at a deflection angle of 70431 to the right for a distance
of 145 feet, then Southerly at a deflection angle of 62033, to the right
for a distance of 212 feet, hen Easterly at a deflection angle of 570321
to the left for a distance of 165 feet, then Southerly at a deflection angle
of 20029' to the right for aIdistance of 135 feet terminating on the West
line of Century Avenue 685 ±feet south of the intersection of Brookview

subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul
pending ordinance, for the connection of the public sewer system of the
Village of Maplewood with that of City of Saint Paul, prepared by
Bettenburg, Townsend, Stolte and Comb of said Village and approved by the
Village Council of Maplewood on June 7, 1962, and heretofore submitted to
and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer,
hereby are in all. things approved. ,
