In I(he matter of gradingland surfacing with bituminous material and
doing all other work incidental thereto on Arlington Avenue from Westminster
St. West to the West property line of the Minneapolis, St. Paul and Sault St.
Marie Railroad and from a point approximately 1,100 feet west of the center
line of Westminster St. to Jackson St.., also constructing all necessary
drainage facilities and constructing a sewer for storm and sanitary_purposes
from a point 464 feet west of Westminster St. to Westminster St.; thence
north in Westminster St. to Nevada St., under Preliminary Order 205417,
approved January 4, 19629 and Final Order No. 206589, approved April 3, 1962.
RESOLVED, That the plans) and specifications for the above named improve-

ment as submitted by the Commissioner of Public Works be and the same are here-
by approved, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is hereby directed
to advertise for bids on this improvement.
