WHEREAS, The Village of North St. Paul has made application for
extending its sanitary sewers as provided in Section 6 of Ordinance
No. 100609 approved May 13, 1953, and has submitted plans and
specifications for said work, and
WHEREAS, The aforesaid plans and specifications are approved by
the Commissioner and the Chief Engineer of the Department of Public
Works of the City of St. Paul; therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City Council of the City of St. Paul approve the
plans and specifications aslsubmitted for the following sanitary sewer
extensions in North St. Paul, as approved by the Village.Council of
'North St. Paul in a resolution dated July 2, 1962.

BURKE AVENUE from Sixth Street to Seventh Street,
TENTH AVENUE from Second Street to Third Street,
THIRD STREET from Tenth Avenue to Eleventh Avenue,
FOURTEENTH AVENUE, Blees Addition, from Third Street to 360' west.
THEREFORE, The Village of North St. Paul be and it is herein authorized
to proceed with the construction of said sanitary sewer in accordance with
said plans and specificatio6s.
