setting a date for hearing in the matter of the dangerous frame,
two -story duplex dwelling at 357 herman St., as more fully set
out in the attached letter of theiCity Architect.

Upon receipt of complaints; this office has made an inspection
of the duplex dwelling at 357 Sherman Street, described as the
- Northwesterly 50 feet of Southeasterly 100 feet of Lot 1, Block
50, Dayton & Irvine's Addition to Saint Paul.
This is a frame, two story duplex dwelling, 21 by 50, vacant.
Floors are uneven and settling, the plumbing and electrical in-
stallations have been removed, plaster and debris litter the
floors, the front porch has dry rot and is ready to fall,. the
rear porch steps have fallen, the outside stucco is loose and
falling. This building is` unsafe and dangerous to life, lamb,
and adjoining property; belond reasonable repair and should be
wrecked and removed.
The last known record ownerI �is: Sherman Court Professional'Build-
ing, Inc., c/o Dr. Arthur Schmidt, Minneapolis Savings & Loan,
2 East Fourth Street, Saint�Paul 1, Minnesota. A Danger Notice
has been posted.
