setting a date for hearing in the matter of the condemnation of the
dangerous two -story frame duplex dwelling at 361 Sherman St.., as more
fully set out in the attached letter of the City Architect.

Gentlemen:
An inspection has been completed of the duplex dwelling known
as 361 Sherman Street, described as Southeasterly 37% feet of
Northwesterly 75 feet of Lot 1, Block 50, Dayton & Irvine's
Addition to Saint Paul.
This is a two story frarr�e duplex dwelling,. 22 by 42 feet, va-
cant and dilapidated, plaster is full of holes, plumbing,
heating registers and electrical fixtures. have been removed,
windows and doors are broken out, front porch has fallen. This
building should be torn down as it is dangerous to life, limb
and adjoining property.
The last known record ow er is: Sherman Court Professional
Building, Inc., c/o Dr. Arthur Schmidt, Minneapolis Savings And
Loan, .2 East Fourth Street, Saint Paul 1, Minnesota. A Danger
Notice has been posted.
I will appreciate it if you will condemn this building by set-
ting a hearing date as the first step in the condemnation pro-
ceedings as outlined in Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code.
