An inspection has been made of the duplex dwelling located
at 353 Sherman Street, Saint Paul 2, which is located on the
Southeasterly 50 feet of Lot 1, Block 50, Dayton & Irvine's
Addition to Saint Paul.
This is a two story frame building, 18 by 45 feet, dilapidated,
plumbing and electrical installations torn out, plaster and
lath falling, sash broken, siding, sheathing, and studs remov-
ed from orie'wall, holes ih the floors, stair rails missing,
rear porch falling, front! porch hanging from the 'wail without
support. In view of the (above, this building is deemed beyond
reasonable repair and shold be wrecked and removed.
The last known record owner is Sherman Court Professional Build-
ing, Inc., c/o Dr. ArthuriSchmidt, Minneapolis Savings & Loan,
2 East Fourth Street, Saint Paul 1, Minnesota. Contract Purch-
aser is Raymond H. King, 353 Sherman Street. A Danger Notice
has been posted.
I would appreciate your condemning this structure in accordance
with Section 1.07 -2 of t Saint Paul Legislative Code by
setting a hearing date.
