At 120 Custer .Street, there is a frame two family dwelling
which should be condemned. The legal description of the
property is West 34 feet of Lot 9, Block 11, Bazil And
Robert's Addition to West Saint.Paul.
This structure is two story, frame, 30 by 30. Living quar-
ters are sub standard as to safety and health conditions.
The building is in dilapidated condition, dangerous to life,
limb, and adjoining property. It should be wrecked and re-
moved.
The last known record ,owner is Philip S. Rosenblum, 1888
Ford Parkway, St. Pauli 16, Minnesota. A Danger Notice has
been posted.
A hearing date in connection with the condemnation proceed-
ings should be set inlaccordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code.
