The commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the
preliminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 195949 =
approved Feb. 18th. 19_40.,_, relative to reconstructing
the sidewalk on both sides of Fairfield St. from State .St. to So. Robert 'St.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $0.52 per s . ft. for mpnoo cone. walk L.n

2. A plan, profile or sketlh of said improvement is hereto attached and
