WHEREAS, the ,l,,aps an,d specifications for improving
WEST SEVENTH STREET EONTAGE ROAD from Graham Avenue - West
Seventh Street Intersection to the Wheeler,Street - West
Seventh Street intersection. Also improving WHEELER STREET
from Graham Avenue to West Seventh Street and also improving
GRAHAM AVENUE from Wheeler Street to approximately 130 feet
west; by grading, paving and curbing the several roadbeds, by
constructing the required drainage facilities, sidewalks, and
by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement were approved by the City Council
on June 28, 1962, C.F. 207876 and

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works reports that
traffic requirements and expected future development of this
area necessitates that this project be redesigned, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, tha , upon recommendation of the Department
of Public Works the order approving these plans on June 28,
19629 C.F. 207876, be rescinded_so that this project may be
redesigned and submitted to the Council for approval at a
later date.'
