Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the North-
western Bell Telephone Company, to make the necessary manholes
and lateral pipes connectingithe intersecting streets and alleys,
to set poles and anchors and associated equipment, on the east
side of Emerald Avenue from University Avenue to the C. M. & St.
Paul Railway tracks.
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of
Public Works. The'Telephone�Company to pay the cost of the
publication hereto.
