Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
grading Euclid Street from Kennard Street to Germain Street; Wilson Ave. from
Kennard Street to Euclid Street; Germain St. from Wilson Ave. to Third St. and
Kenn:#rd Street from Old Hudson Road to Wilson Avenue
under Preliminary Order _185900, , approved January P3, 1958 ,
Intermediary Order 186906 approved April 8, 1958
Final Order X87278 approved May 6, 1958
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses, for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment 'satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the eighth
day of August-, 1962 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
