Council City of Saint Paul J Gentlemen: An investigation has been made of the single family dwelling and garage located at 771 South Chatsworth Street, St. Paul 2 on Lot 8, Block 8, Birmingham's Fourth Addition to St. Paul. Our inspection shows that the dwelling i's 34 by 36 and the garage 10 by 17. A fire occurred here February 10, 1961,,= and did extensive damage to the house. The roof is complete- ly destroyed. Plaster on the ceilings is loose and falling very badly cracked on the walls. Floors have been water soaked. Ceiling sags. Most of the inside and much of the outside trim has been burned. There is an outhouse attached to the garage. The garage had fire damage a year and a half ago and was never repaired. It is twisted and out of plumb. These buildings are a fire hazard, dangerous to life., limb and adjoining property and should be wrecked and removed. t The last known record owner is Gladys E. Kalscheuer, 686 S.
