Zoo., Barn Yard and Ostrich Enclosure at Como Park, St. Paul, Minnesota, to
MINNESOTA FENCE & IRON WORKS, INC;',ih accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the FormalBid#8856 of said bidder for the contract
price of $5322„00, such bid being the lowest and said bidder being .a reasonable
and reliable one,, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up
the proper form ofcontracttherefor and the proper City officials hereby are
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
