RESOLVED, upon the report and recommendation of
the Commissioner of Public Works and of the Street and Highway
Engineering Coordinator, that the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Saint Paul an agreement between the City of Saint Paul
and the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company,
which agreement will,allow the City of Saint Paul to construct a
chain link fence on top of a certain retaining wall owned and
maintained by the Railroad Company, said fence to be constructed
on the south side of Cliff Street from Smith to St. Clair Avenue
and said agreement to be in the form hereto attached and made a
part hereof by, reference.
