RESOLVED, upon the report and recommendation of the
Commissioner of Public Works and of the Valuation Engineer of
the City of Saint Paul, that the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to accept a warranty deed from
Norbert P. Bisanz and Dorothea L. Bisanz, his wife, conveying
to the City of Saint Paul a certain tract and parcel of land
described as follows: I
~ The east 10 feet of Lot 26 except the north 7 feet
o` thereof, and the east 10 feet of Lots 27, 28, 29,
30 and 31, and the west 20 feet of east 30 feet
of south 20 feet of Lot 31, and the west 10 feet
of Lots 17, 181 19, 20 and 21, and the east 20
feet of west 30 feet of south 20 feet of Lot 17,
and the west 10 feet of Lot 22 except the north 7
feet thereof, and the south 20 feet of north 27
feet of that part of •Lot 22 lying east of said west
10 feet thereof, and that part of Lot 22 lying east
and south of aforedescribed parts of Lot 22 and lying
northwest of a line running from a point distant 27
feet south of the north line of Lot 22 and 15 feet
east of the west line thereof to a point distant
32 feet south of the north line of Lot 22 and 10
feet east of the west line thereof, all in Block 1,
Bisanz Bros. Battle Creek Te race, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the Office
of the Register of Deeds in` And for Ramsey County,
Minnesota;
said tract and parcel of land to be used for the `purpose of
construction of a public alley, it being in -the interests of the
citizens of the-City of Saint Paul that said land be acquired by
the City of Saint Paul to serve the purpose aforesaid; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to place on record and to do all
things necessary to complete the City's acceptance of said deed.
