on County records to the credit of the Village of Shoreview,
sums due the City of Saint Paul from the aforesaid moneys due
from the State of Minnesota for the rental of preventorium
property and moneys due from the Village of Shoreview by
virtue of or in lieu of assessment of the property known as the
Ramsey County Preventorium because of the construction by
Shoreview of sanitary sewer facilities to said property, and
when the City's share of the aforementioned sums have been
paid or credited upon the books by the groper County officers,
the County Auditor is directed to file with the City Comptroller
a duplicate receipt showing payment of the aforementioned sewer
assessment or another documentary statement showing satisfaction
thereof; be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is authorized
and directed to send to the County Treasurer and to the County
Auditor copies of this resolution.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey
County, in session on June 11, 1962, approved, subject to the
approval of the City of Saint Paul, a Supplemental Agreement
to the lease of the Preventorium property to the State by the
City and County (File No. 1571, Resolution No. 9 -6368) a copy
of such proposed Supplemental Agreement being attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference; and
WHEREAS, it is contemplated, pursuant to such afore-
said Supplemental Agreement, that the City and County will
receive a payment in the total amount of $13,461.80 from the
State of Minnesota through action by the Minnesota State
Legislative Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul and the County of
Ramsey are to be paid, as consideration for the grant of a
perpetual easement for sewer purposes to the Village of Shoreview,
the sum of $3,336.80; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of SaintPaul
and the County of Ramsey to have both of the aforementioned
amounts due from the State and from the Village of Shoreview
to be applied in payment of the sewer assessment of the Village
of Shoreview against the Ramsey County Preventorium property
owned jointly by the County of Ramsey and the City of Saint
Paul,
Now, Therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Saint Paul, to execute the
Supplemental Agreement for the lease of the property known as
the Ramsey County Preventorium, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper County officers
are hereby authorized to receive on behalf of the City of Saint
Paul and pay over to the Village of Shoreview, or, to transfer

WHEREAS The County of Ramsey and the City of St. Paul are the owners of certain
real estate located in the Village of Shoreview in the said County of Ramsey known as
the Ramsey County Preventorium•and has heretofore entered-into an agreement designated
as Lease #+96, dated 26 October, 1959, providing for the lease of said property to th6
State of Minnesota; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED That the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners, subject to the approval
of the City of'St. Paul, hereby approves the terms of a supplemental agreement provid-
ing the terms and conditions and the mount of rental to be paid for the three year •'
period from and after•July 1, 1961 to June 30, 1964, and that the Chairman of the
Board of Ramsey.County Commissioners and the Ramsey County Auditor be and they hereby
are authorized to execute said supplemental agreement on behalf of the County of
Ramsey.
